The apartments

The apartment is laid out over one floor and a mezzanine, offering generous, comfortable spaces.

• Sleeping area: bedroom with a double bed plus a separate single bed. The mezzanine, reached by an internal staircase, adds two further beds.
• Living area: a welcoming sitting room with fireplace, dining table and two-seater sofa.
• Kitchenette: fully equipped with gas hob, electric oven and microwave, kettle, espresso machine and drip coffee maker, fridge and washing machine.
• Ceiling fan: plus two separate entrances, for complete flexibility.

The most spacious of the three: it is laid out over two floors, with generous, well-arranged rooms.

• Ground floor: a large living area with a big dining table and fully equipped kitchenette (gas hob, electric oven, kettle, espresso machine and drip coffee maker, large fridge-freezer and washing machine).
• Sitting room: welcoming, with fireplace, TV, large sofa bed, single pouf bed and two armchairs. Bathroom with shower on the same floor.
• Upper floor: two double bedrooms, one with an additional single bed, and a second bathroom with shower.
• Ceiling fan: plus two separate entrances.
